Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Merlace is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
